Using Paper Scraps

I'm on a quest to find ideas to easily use paper scraps. Paper can be expensive and besides I love it; so I'm loathe to throw any of it out.  However, at some point if you do a lot of paper crafting it can cause clutter.  I've donated bags of scraps to schools and daycare centers but I always feel so accomplished if I'm able to come up with a project using my scraps. :)
